The Volunteers help ensure FashionFest’s operational SUCCESS. Sponsor the Volunteer Room and receive continuous recognition throughout the event with signage positioned outside the room and at registration. It’s here our Volunteers can catch a moment to rest and enjoy some light snacks and refreshments compliments from you as the Sponsor.

Sponsor must provide talent. Dedicated Event lead from the FashionFest team to work with the Sponsor on fulfilment and delivery of the performance.

Showcase your company and your products in the highest traffic area of the whole show, the main lobby. Sponsor will receive a dedicated area to set up a turnkey 10’x10’ booth or a pop-up display. To qualify for this sponsorship, the exhibitor must reserve booth space in the exhibit hall for FashionFest 2024.

A hang out place during FashionFest! These Stair Risers are prominently placed on the risers of seated staircases in high traffic locations. Stair Risers are visible both up close and at a distance. Have your logo branded for poses and Instagram shots for all.

Stop the presses! The Media & Press Lounge is where all Media engagement takes place. Put your brand in front of the hundreds of Press that attend FashionFest. This office allows the Press to write & post stories, network, and enjoy refreshments in a quiet, business-like space. Sponsor logo will be on napkins, cups, and onsite signage.  

EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP ITEM FashionFest is rolling out the red carpet to Platinum VIP attendees at FashionFest. The Platinum Red Carpet Club (RCC) is an exclusive, invitation-only, VIP room where C-level and Platinum VIP attendees can network, relax and enjoy complimentary experiences. The RCC offers meals and refreshments and a private coat check. Sponsor logo will be on RCC invitation, Napkins, Cups, digital/print/physical branding touch points, FashionFest branded swag bag with sponsor items included. Sponsor receives lounge access for sponsoring company CEO and opportunity to extend lounge access up to 10 retail CEOs.
